The Holidays are Coming Up!

Though they can be stressful, the holidays can be pretty great too filled with happiness, love and good food. I'm really looking forward to the big dinner of Thanksgiving and the smiling faces of Christmas. In my family I'm one of the people putting dinner together and on the table and I love cooking the different foods, and as challenging as it may be to get it all right its rewarding when you do. (The pie is my own personal reward though. I love pie,lol.)

Then there is Christmas. I make all gifts, so for me the hardest part is the wait to see if people like their gifts, (sometimes made by the hand doesnt always mean loved by the heart.) But its pretty amazing when theres nothing but smiles when they open their present.

I'm always hoping for a great holiday season, as I'm sure most people are, and though it might only be pretty good, or even turn out bad Im hoping that anyone reading this atleast has someone to turn to and smile at when its all over or complain to about how terrible it was. The next month and a half will be a hard time for us all, lol but I wish everyone the best of luck and a happy hoilday season.
